I placed an order for a pair of Mocha loafers sometime back and unfortunately they were too small but Gin, the wonderful owner of Shinnpark.com came all the way to Yishun despite staying so far just to do an exchange after knowing I wasn’t feeling too well. Another mishap happened a few days later, my pair of loafers were stolen from some uncivilized being that was far too ridiculous to be mentioned here! >:( Was really angry but thank God there was still a size 5 in stock for me.
