We use Singpost Delivery Service for all Local and Overseas Shipping.

Registered Mail Service

We strongly advise Shoppers to purchase the Singpost Registered Mail Service which cost SGD$2.50.
• Free Registered Mail Service with S$80 purchase! (not applicable to Sale items)
• The Registered Article (RA) Number will be emailed to you when your package/s have been shipped out. All registered package/s are delivered to your doorstep. If no one is at home, you’ll receive a collection slip to collect it at the indicated SingPost Branch

Local Shipping

• Local Shipping (Normal Postage)
• All local deliveries are made by Singpost.
• Note that we are not liable for any lost item/s (Normal Postage) during the delivery process as delivery is made via Singpost
• Shoppers should receive the package within 2 – 3 Business Days after item/s have been shipped. If you do not receive the package within 8 Business Days, please contact us sales@shinnpark.com
• Meet-ups strictly unavailable
• Shoppers may request for an official Singpost Certificate of Posting Receipt (COP), payable by shopper. It will be scanned and emailed to you when your parcel has been shipped. It is proof of receipt that your parcel have been shipped on the date stated on receipt

All orders take 1 – 2 Business Days to be processed, packed for shipping and delivered to the post office

• Delivery requires up to to 8 – 10 Business Days, depending on the country

Packing and Delivery Process

We have always made every conscientious efforts to ensure that you will get your parcel safely and efficiently.

• Items are double checked and safely wrapped before shipping
• All address labels are printed electronically and duplicated for verification purpose
• For safe delivery, the return address is printed at the back of the parcel. It will be shipped out the next Business Day once payment is received
• All deliveries are made on weekdays only. For Singapore Shoppers, you will receive your items in just 2 – 3 Business Days
