• We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order during mail transit. Please email us at orders at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject ‘Damaged Order’ within 3 days of receiving your order, or email us immediately if your order hasn’t arrived after 8 days.
• We are not responsible for any packages lost while in transit to a destination.
Good footwear should be comfortable when it is first worn. We want to ensure that the shoes are a good fit for you too. Please try them on preferably on a clean and carpeted surface only. If they feel uncomfortable – too tight or too loose, please send us an email, WITHIN 3 days to email@example.com and we will do the exchange subjected to size availability.

We reserve the right to examine the item to see if the original manufacturer packaging has been opened. If we determine an item to have been opened/worn/used, we may respectfully deny the exchange or in other credit forms.
If you are returning items due to incorrect size, changing of mind or dissatisfaction, the shipping cost that you originally paid is non-refundable. However, if we have shipped an incorrect or faulty item, we will only reimburse the postage charges for shipping it back to us.
Please note that items under the ‘Sale’ category and ‘Countdown Deal’ are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
