Email Us
• Fill in the online form located at the end of each product page.
• Tick the item/s you love!
• Click ‘Submit’ to send us your order!
• Or use your personal email account to email us sales@shinnpark.com
Remember to include the item name.

Order Confirmation
• Once we received your order, we will email you within 24hours to confirm your order with payment details.

Using The Shopping Cart

Shop
• Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. The item/s will added to your shopping list.
• Optional : If you wish to add Registered Mail Service (S$2.25) to your item/s, click on the “Registered Mail” option. Applicable for Singapore addresses only.

Checkout Form
• Confirm the various items that you have added to the cart.
• Select the delivery country that you will like us to send the items to. For overseas shipping, our system will auto calculate the cost of shipping and advise you the total cost.
• Fill in personal data in the fields marked with * asterisk.

Mode of Payment
• Paypal/Credit Card : Proceed to make payment at Paypal.com
• Cheque/Bank Deposit: You will be presented with the Bank Transfer option upon checkout.
• Click on ‘Go to checkout’ to place your order
• After you have checked out your order successfully, an email order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have entered during checkout.

Order Confirmation
• We will email you within 24hours to confirm your order with payment details.

Reservation
By placing an item in your shopping bag, the item is not reserved.
• Items are reserved only after the checkout process is completed.
• This may result in an unavailable item being listed as available. We will send you an email if this happens to your order. If an item is listed as back-ordered, the item is currently not available for shipping but will ship as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged for the item until it ships. If the item ships separately from the original order, you will not be charged for shipping a second time.
• You have the option of canceling a back-ordered item any time before it ships. Email us at orders at sales@shinnpark.com with your enquiries and requests.

Order Cancellation
• Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be shipped as scheduled.
• A 20% processing fee will be charged if for some reason, we allow an order to be cancelled.
• We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
